My top 4 Black Friday hosting picks

My pick
Cloudways
Best for performance and growing WordPress sites
Shared hosts put your site on one server with many other sites. On Cloudways your sites get their own cloud server, and Cloudways manages it for you. It's what I run my own sites on.
- Your own server on DigitalOcean, Vultr, AWS, Google Cloud or Linode
- Scale RAM and CPU in a few clicks as traffic grows
- Redis cache, staging, backups and a firewall built in
- Unlimited free migrations with this deal
-
Best value
Hostinger
Best for a first blog on a budget
The cheapest good place to start: $1.99 a month, locked in for 48 months, with a free domain, email and SSL.
- Lowest 3-year cost here: $71.64
- No coupon needed
- 30-day money-back guarantee
-
Best support
InMotion Hosting
Best for business sites that want human support
I hosted my sites on InMotion before I moved to Cloudways. It owns and runs its own data centres, and support is handled by people, not bots.
- 90-day money-back guarantee, the longest here
- Python, Node.js, Ruby and Git on shared plans
- Move up to VPS or dedicated without changing host
- Black Friday sale starts 9 November
-
Lowest locked price
HostGator
Best for the lowest price on a 36-month term
Basic shared hosting at $3.75 a month for 36 months, so nothing renews in your first three years.
- $135 for three years
- The discount applies to the first invoice only
- New customers only

Prices as listed on each host's own site on Nov 7, 2026. Promo prices depend on the billing term, so check the term and the renewal price at checkout.
The 3-year cost is what you'll pay in total over 36 months: the promo price for as long as it lasts, then the renewal price. Hosting.com only shows a "from" price without the term, so it has no 3-year figure. InMotion is on its 3-year term, which is cheaper than its 1-year price once renewals count.
Cloud vs shared hosting: what you're paying for
Most cheap hosting is shared: your site sits on one server with many other sites and shares its CPU and memory. That's fine for a new blog, and it's why Hostinger, HostGator and InMotion can charge a few dollars a month.
Cloudways is different. You pick a cloud provider (DigitalOcean, Vultr, AWS, Google Cloud or Linode) and Cloudways gives your sites their own server on it. It then manages that server for you: security patches, caching, backups and a firewall. When traffic grows, you add RAM and CPU in a few clicks instead of moving host.
That's why I moved my own sites from InMotion to Cloudways, and why it costs more.
What each deal costs over three years
Promo price for as long as it lasts, then the renewal price, over 36 months. Hosts that only show their renewal price at checkout aren't drawn.
- Hostinger: $71.64. The $1.99 price runs for 48 months, so nothing renews within three years. You pay $95.52 up front for all four.
- HostGator: $135. Same idea on a 36-month term: the $3.75 price covers the whole three years.
- SiteGround: $479.64. The $3.99 price lasts 12 months, then StartUp renews at $17.99. The two renewal years are 90% of the total.
- Cloudways: $481.60. The 80% discount covers the first 2 months, then the Micro server is $14 a month. You pay monthly with no long contract, and that server can run as many sites as it can handle.
So: if price is what matters most, take Hostinger. If you want your sites on a fast server you can grow, Cloudways costs more and is worth it.
The deals, host by host
Cloudways
I've run my own WordPress sites on Cloudways for over four years. Its deal is the only one here that needs a code (BFCM802), it's for new customers only, and unlimited free migrations are included, so moving existing sites costs nothing. I've put the price of every Cloudways plan with the code on my Cloudways Black Friday page, and my Cloudways review covers what you get for the higher price.
Hostinger
Hostinger's sale runs from 19 October to 14 December 2026 and needs no coupon. It covers everything from $0.01 domains to VPS hosting, and I've listed every deal with plan-by-plan renewal prices in my Hostinger Black Friday guide.
InMotion Hosting
InMotion's Black Friday sale starts on 9 November. Its current prices are already up to 70% off: Launch is $4.79 a month on a 1-year term, but take the 3-year term at $4.99: it's $179.64 for three years instead of $417.24. I'll add the sale prices to my InMotion Black Friday page when they're out. The one coded deal is for its managed cloud: SAVE50 takes half off the first month of InMotion Cloud until 30 November.
HostGator
HostGator's promo prices need a 36-month term, apply to the first invoice only, and are for new customers. Its banner also offers "up to an extra 20% off", without saying how that combines with plan prices, so check the checkout total.
Hosting.com
Hosting.com (formerly A2 Hosting) advertises up to 89% off this Black Friday, with hosting from $1.49 a month. It doesn't name the plan or term behind that price, so compare plans at checkout.
SiteGround
SiteGround's plans are up to 77% off right now: StartUp $3.99, GrowBig $6.69 and GoGeek $10.69 a month, prepaid for 12 months. They renew at $17.99, $29.99 and $44.99. I'll update this if SiteGround launches a separate Black Friday price.
How I pick these deals
I only list a price I can see on the host's own website, never one copied from another deals site. I show the renewal price next to every promo price, and deals drop off this page the day they end.
Frequently asked questions
Is Cloudways worth it over cheap shared hosting?
For a brand-new blog, no: start on Hostinger and move later. Once your site earns money or gets steady traffic, yes. Your sites get their own cloud server that you can scale up, rather than sharing one, and Cloudways manages the server for you.
When do Black Friday hosting deals end?
It depends on the host. Cloudways' deal ends on 4 December 2026 and Hostinger's on 14 December 2026. InMotion's SAVE50 code for its Cloud plans ends on 30 November. HostGator, SiteGround and Hosting.com don't publish an end date.
Which Black Friday hosting deal is cheapest over three years?
Hostinger's Premium plan: $1.99 a month on a 48-month term, so three years cost $71.64. HostGator's 36-month plan is next at $135.
Are hosting renewal prices higher than Black Friday prices?
Yes, usually by a lot. Hostinger Premium renews at $10.99 a month after its 48-month term, SiteGround's StartUp goes from $3.99 to $17.99 after the first year, and Cloudways' Micro plan from $2.80 to $14 after two months.
Is it better to pay monthly or for 3 years?
For a blog you plan to keep, a longer term usually costs less, because the promo price lasts longer before it renews. SiteGround's 12-month deal costs $479.64 over three years because it renews after the first year, while Hostinger's 48-month deal costs $71.64.
